  • I finished my business degree in 2012 and then my construction degree at Galliford Try plc in 2018, whilst I worked on various residential projects.

    After this I became the commercial director of a regional building contractor, responsible for project management and cost control on small to multimillion pound projects.

    I have a passion for discovering new construction technologies that are energy efficient and eco-friendly.

    And I believe that construction can be significantly less stressful by being organised, positive, communicating well and working alongside like-minded people.

    Currently I live in Paignton with my wife Briana and my two daughters. Outside of work you'’ll either find me watching rugby, exploring Devon with my family or planning new business opportunities!

  • I began my carpentry apprenticeship with national contractor ROK plc in 2007. I then worked for over a decade with a local contractor and completed my vocational construction degree.

    During this time, I was responsible for managing many new build bespoke homes and refurbishment projects. This varied from building new blocks of flats, to working on busy wards at NHS Hospitals.

    One of my biggest strengths throughout my construction career is an ability to solve problems that don't have an obvious solution!

    I currently live in Torquay with my wife Sarah and my two boys. Things I love to do in my spare time are watching rugby, fishing and camping with my family!

Our aim is simple; to be your partner of choice for the entire project life cycle within residential construction. Present us with a blank canvas and we will produce beautiful eco-friendly living spaces.

We are skilled in sourcing and unlocking development opportunities. Our goal is to increase profits for small to medium land owners by producing detailed appraisals, obtaining planning uplifts and brokering purchase deals to appropriate investors/developers.

Working alongside specialist consultants and designers, we facilitate robust planning applications from concept to approval by leveraging creativity and implementing national/local planning policy.

Over 25 years’ combined experience in crafting unique renovation projects and new build properties across Devon. A proven record of project management and cost control on small to multi-million pound projects.

A collaborative approach to project management using a client focused Management Contracting model, through ‘Open Book’ and ‘Fixed Fee’ agreements. Managing everything from initial cost planning and concept design, to on-site procurement and construction.
